  • As your doula I will provide continuous care from pregnancy, through labor and birth, and stay with you until you and baby are settled and comfortable. I offer support for all births including hospital birth and cesarean, unassisted, homebirth, medicated and/or unmedicated births.

    Doula Package:

    • Complimentary consultation.

    • Birth plan tailored to your needs and wishes.

    • Basic childbirth & breastfeeding education.

    • 2 Prenatal visits & 2 postpartum visits.

    • Call/text support during pregnancy & postpartum

    • Continuous emotional, physical, and educational support during labor and birth.

    • Enjoy my herbal cabinet full of organically grown and wildcrafted herbs for teas, tinctures, herbal baths and more!

  • Postpartum Doula

    During the days following baby's arrival I will help your family transition smoothly into the postpartum period. We can discuss infant care, if needed. Infant feeding support. I provide an extra set of hands around the house and will do light housekeeping, errand running, and meal preparation.

    Postpartum services start as low as $500.

  • During two prenatal visits I will help you and your birth partner discover more about your body and baby. We will create a birth plan that will work for you. You and your birth partner will learn helpful labor positions and pain management techniques. We will Discuss prenatal appointments and what to expect along with child birth and breastfeeding basics.

    • 2 prenatal visits.

    • Childbirth & breastfeeding education.

    • Birth plan tailored to your needs and wishes.

    • call/ text support throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

    Investment starts at $400 and can be applied to comprehensive package if desired.
